Air Busan to Offer an Irregular Flight between Incheon and Dhaka on Dec. 30

Air Busan announced on Dec. 29 that it will provide a flight between Incheon and Dhaka of Bangladesh on Dec. 30, becoming the first Korean low-cost carrier (LCC) to serve the medium-haul route.
The Incheon-Dhaka irregular flight will depart from Incheon International Airport at 3 p.m. and arrive at Shahjalal International Airport at 6:45 p.m. The airplane will leave Shahjalal International Airport at 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 31 to return to Incheon.
The aircraft to be used is the A321LR, a 220-seat next-generation aircraft with a flight range of about 7,400 kilometers. However, this time, the number of passengers will be limited to 132 in accordance with Air Busan’s anti-COVID-19 policies.
In addition, the aircraft features the latest navigation devices including a new radar and a new engine. It is expected to help Air Busan expand its mid-haul routes.
